This course is open to students who have worked for a year
or more with Patricia White or other yoga teachers inspired
by Vanda Scaravelli.
• In-depth asana practice
• Breathing
• Hands-on assists
• Developing a personal yoga practice
Experience ways of quieting the mind and heightening inner
attention. Through sequencing of movements, breath, and hands-on
assists, we can deepen the experience of stability and release
in the yoga asanas. With a rythmic undoing of tension in the
large superficial muscles, we can create the conditions for
almost effortless movement.
