Holistic Nutrition
Nutrition plays a key part in the prevention and treatment of most health concerns and illness and the maintenance of a balanced and healthy body. Holistic nutrition looks at the total person with the understanding that everything we do has an effect on our body. A holistic approach encompasses all things that nourish you – food, relationships, sleep, joy, exercise, home life, work, sleep, spirituality, coping mechanisms, self-expression, and creativity.
