This introduction to Yoga will lead teenagers on a journey
of self exploration.
This class will explore breathing techniques, relaxation exercises,
and movements that stretch and strengthen the body and keep
the body, mind and spirit working together in harmony.
Yoga makes you feel great! It helps you to do better in school,
enhances sports performance, helps you stay calm, controls
mood swings and gives you something new to try. Yoga is fun,
peaceful, energizing and healthy.
