This intimate pre-registered class will provide parents with mobile babies (up to 3 years of age) a chance to improve their strength and agility through a Vinyasa level 1 class. 

The studio will be a safe place for the children to roam and interact with each other. The class will move at a respectable pace to ensure that all parents receive a chance to participate.  

Meditation and breath work will be explored and the class will end with a short story or song.

Please bring a small toy that can be shared with all the babies.
